In this session, we will provide and review definitions and strategies for cross-cultural competence and address how bias affects our perceptions and interactions. We will discuss efforts to expand awareness of intersectionality within ourselves, our colleagues, and our clients and share the lessons and best practices we’ve learned along the way.
