#MBBALearns: What’s My Role? Understanding and Interrupting Implicit Bias in the Profession
A conversation with Paula Edgar, President, Metropolitan Black Bar Association and Gabrielle Lyse Brown, Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the NYC Bar
The New York City Bar benchmarking research has illustrated the underrepresentation at the top tiers and steady attrition of minority and women attorneys of law firms for the last decade. In this webinar, we will discuss organizational and individual strategies for interrupting implicit bias and advancing the careers of diverse attorneys. All attendees will leave with practical steps that they can take to enhance diversity in the profession.
