Eyes Wide Open: Interrupting Biases and Setting New Norms for Allyship within Organizations on February 18, 2021 at 1:00pm to 2:30pm CST.  This program, sponsored by the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations, will provide information to various organizations, including bar organizations, about tools and methods that leadership can use to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organization. This is a hands-on program, with planned content centered on the “nuts and bolts” of effectuating change within organizations. Topics will include, among other things, an overview of specific work being done in various bar organizations and other organizations, including member surveys, revisions to bylaws, and strategic plan updates. If you would like to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion improvements in your organization, this program is a must!
