Courageous Conversations

This program is presented by the ACC Foundation ~ This important conversation will feature black attorneys sharing their personal experiences with biases and racial discrimination, as well as the challenges they have encountered in their careers due to the color of their skin.  A leading diversity consultant will facilitate the conversation, offering resources and recommendations for how to better support black colleagues in the office, as well as in our communities. The goal of this dialogue is to raise awareness, encourage empathy, and to prompt support, understanding, allyship, and action.
