Summer Sabbatical 2022

Hello All:

Thank you so much for reaching out to me! I am currently primarily out of the office for my second annual summer sabbatical until September.

Please note: 

  • I will not be participating in any new speaking engagements until September.
  • I will be responding to any emails, potential client inquiries, and scheduling requests weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays. 
  • I have muted email apps on my phone so I can actually disengage.
  • Catch up calls, client check-ins, and other meetings are available on a very limited basis here: https://calendly.com/paulaedgaresq/summer-sabbatical-schedule-calls  – Rules:
    • Camera optional, Casual dress code encouraged!
    • If the call is scheduled for 30 minutes but you only need 10 minutes, please let me know!

During this time, I will be prioritizing some much needed time for self-care and re-focus in preparation for a busy Fall. I look forward to seeing you in person and virtually for keynotes, presentations, panels, retreats, and other engagements!

The past year (especially the first 6 months of 2022) have been very challenging in so many ways, especially while engaging in my role as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion speaker and consultant. 

I encourage you to prioritize rest and self care this summer in any way that you can. To inform your decision, please check out these resources on self-care:

You will still hear from me via my newsletter, blog, and social media, but I will be taking much of this time off to reinvigorate by reflecting on my experiences, respecting my mental health needs/limitations, and resting and connecting with my friends and loved ones.
