Lead the Way: Leverage Your Personal Brand to Command the Room as a Woman Litigator

This interactive session led by keynote speaker, lawyer, and personal branding expert Paula Edgar will help women litigators at every stage strengthen how they show up, speak up, and lead from where they are.

Through practical personal branding strategies and presence-building tools, participants will learn how to clarify the value they bring, communicate it with confidence, and command the room in ways that support long-term career growth.

Attendees will leave with actionable techniques to elevate their visibility, align their personal brand with their leadership goals, and navigate their careers with greater clarity and impact. This session is about purpose, positioning, and leading from your level—wherever you are right now.
