Paula’s Session:

Credibility Across Borders: Personal Branding for International White Collar Counsel (12:15pm)

In today’s high-stakes, high-visibility legal environment, your personal brand isn’t just a buzzword—it’s your business card, your calling card, and your professional currency. For white collar lawyers operating across borders, that brand must travel well. How you are perceived—by clients, enforcement agencies, regulators, the media, and your peers—can directly impact your effectiveness as counsel and your longterm success.

This practical and thought-provoking session will explore how international white collar practitioners can build and protect a personal brand that reflects credibility, discretion, and global fluency. We’ll discuss how to align your reputation, visibility, and expertise with the unique demands of cross-border investigations, multi-jurisdictional matters, and high-profile client engagements. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to elevate their brand both online and offline, build trust across cultural and professional contexts, and position themselves as trusted advisors in an increasingly complex and interconnected legal landscape.

Whether you’re a seasoned partner or a rising advocate, this session will help you take ownership of your narrative—before someone else defines it for you.
