Breaking the Concrete Ceiling: How Women of Color Overcome the Invisible Barrier

Virtual and in-person.  At its inception in 2018, the Women of Color Taskforce planned sold-out events on the barriers to success for women of color within the partnership ranks of law firms and corporate law departments, strategies for overcoming those barriers, and essential structures that must be built within firms to support the success and advancement of women of color. This Conference will highlight successful women as they detail their professional journey, and we will discuss best practices going forward to break through barriers.
